1. Can you make custom size lamp?
We are good at making custom size lamp.Custom size,custom voltage and wattage,custom reflector and etc. Just tell me what you need,or send us drawing.We will give you the lamp you want.
2. How long about the lamp life time?
Short wave infrared lamp life time: 5000 hours(Except high power density lamps),Medium wave infrared lamp life time: 20000 hours,UV lamp life time: 800-1000 hours.In order to ensure maximum longevity and durability,we recommend the replacement of IR tubes every 5,000hours.
3. How aobut the after Sales?
Every lamp will tested by our QC department before shipping.If the lamps have damage in transit or the life time less than we guaranteed.We will send you new lamps for replace.
